Conduct new product development and product management activities.
Conduct market research, and competitor analysis for identifying and proposing new product/product improvement initiatives.
Lead new product development with relevant parties for impactful and on-time new product launches.
Developing product pricing, channel, and product strategy to achieve sales objectives.
Provide product training and knowledge that will assist the sales team in selling a product.
Work with the MarCom team for communication & advertisement of product selling tools, campaigns, events, and promotions.
Manage sales forecasts and inventory with relevant parties.
Monitor & track product & promotion performance on a regular basis.
คุณสมบัติ
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in project management fields
Have a passion for Matcha lover and making drinks and desserts
Have analytical skills, project management, problem-solving, and research skills.
Sufficient knowledge of utilizing computer applications such as MS Office, especially Excel.
Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
